Documents Developed From The Seminars
Two key documents were developed from the discussions which took place at the Seminar Series:

1. A Social Prescribing Toolkit.
This Toolkit has been developed as a resource for individuals or organisations that are involved, or who are considering becoming involved in, Social Prescribing.

2. A Social Prescribing Teaching Resource.
This Teaching Resource has been developed to provide guidance to educators who are interested in teaching their students about Social Prescribing. It involves Problem-Based Learning, which is a form of active learning where students are asked to conduct research in order to develop potential solutions to a problem set for them by the educator.
